For hygiene and safety, jewelry that has been worn by the customer cannot be returned.
Custom pieces are final sale.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes. Many pieces can be made in a range of sizes. Some weaves (like shaggy loop and helm) adapt well to larger lengths. If you need a custom fit, I’m happy to work with you to create one.

How do I measure my wrist?

Most bracelets fit best when they’re sized to your wrist measurement — and everyone prefers their bracelet to sit a little differently. Here are two simple ways to find the size that feels right for you:

For smaller or narrower bracelets: Use a soft tape measure or a piece of string. Wrap it gently around your wrist where you prefer bracelets to sit, then measure the string against a ruler.

For wider or more substantial bracelets: Use a strip of paper cut to roughly the width of the bracelet. Wrap it around your wrist in the same spot — this gives a more accurate sense of how a wider piece will sit.

A note about fit: Some people like a close fit, others prefer a bit of movement. If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to share your measurement with me — I’m happy to help you choose the best size for the weave you love.

Are all weaves available in extended sizes?

Not all weaves scale the same way. I’ll always let you know what’s possible for the piece you’re considering.
